Wow this article changes things – I’m often trying to do what my competition does – I feel if they are doing it and doing well I should too – The issue is now I’m just like all of them and not me – Wow Thank You – I’d rather just be me anyway

Great article!

Most people think they have to be this giant corporation to begin a new company.

But as you’ve said, it is much more easier to compete when you narrow your focus and specialize in just one key section of your industry.

It’s hard to get business if you are a ‘tax accountant’. But if you narrow it down to ‘industry leaders for plumber’s tax management’ it becomes much more easier to dominate that niche. Then you can charge a higher price because you are the ‘to go’ person.
